• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
• Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped and delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small additional fee may apply.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details so you can follow your package.

Return & Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure you love our products, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

• Eligibility for Returns/Replacement:
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Return Process:

  2. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund/replacement accordingly.
• Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products, downloadable items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
